Experience

Due to our intensive training and support programmes, unlike many franchises, we do not require you to have any previous hospitality experience. We want to teach you the Cuppa' Chaii way!

Application Assessment

Our franchising team and board will carefully assess your application to ensure alignment with our values and vision. If successful, you will be offered the opportunity to discuss the franchise in greater detail with our board, marking the next step in the process.

Meeting with head office

In this step, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with our head office team. We’ll discuss the franchise in more detail, areas available, answer any questions you may have, and explore how we can work together to make your Cuppa' Chaii franchise a success.

Contract Signing

Once everything is aligned, we’ll move forward with signing the franchise agreement. This final step officially marks the beginning of your journey with Cuppa' Chaii, as we provide you with the tools and support to launch and grow your own store.

We love to offer franchisees multi-site deals to allow for expansion and growth within our system.

The ROI is typically between 12-14 months, however this is both site and location specific.

Our New Franchisee Training 'NFT' is delivered through our Cuppa' Chaii Academy which takes new franchisees through multiple training modules.

These are delivered by specialist Heads of Departments at the appropriate time to ensure you have the best possible training and support throughout each stage of opening your first Shop.

We have an in-house property acquisitions team which finds, negotiates and advises you for your specific location. We typically find sites within 4-6 weeks after signing, however this can be extended if requested.

Yes. We are led by the property market, so we are very flexible and can react to changes in the market / new opportunities to get our franchisees open and trading quicker and maximise ROI.
